Kyon Collar Care

We offer many different styles of collars in many different materials. If you are unsure which type of collar you own, please contact us for specific instructions.

Here are some tips for how to care for your CR collars:

Classic Kyon Collars: Classic Kyon Collars have no decor. These are best suited for everyday wear and use and the easiest to clean and care for. Use dish soap and a soft cloth or sponge to clean your Kyon, then rinse and dry completely. Do not lay in the sun to dry.

Painted Kyon Collars: Painted Kyon is more delicate than classic and requires extra careful care. Do not use any soap, spray, or cleaning agents on painted materials. Do not run under water or submerge or scrub. Use a damp soft cloth to gently clean painted Kyon.

Crystal and/or hardware decorated Kyon Collars: Decorated Kyon Collars can be cleaned using a combination of q-tips and/or a soft bristle toothbrush to get between the hardware. Do not submerge crystal collars in water as the water can damage certain crystal finishes. Dry completely between hardware and around crystals.
