Some notes on colored leather, specialty and painted leather: We offer tons of specialty options including color shift, distress leather, suede, mermaid scales, and more. These materials are more delicate that our standard leather and are more for decorative use than hardy, everyday collars. For this reason we do not recommend getting these specialty leathers wet, muddy, or other super dirty activities as they are harder to clean and may not hold up through numerous cleanings.
*Care and wear of black hardware collars: Our black hardware is military grade powder coated to achieve a gorgeous black color. Over time the black may rub off or scratch if the hardware consistently comes into contact with abrasive surfaces such as cement, a dogs nails or teeth, bushes, etc. or is worn excessively and/or perpetually. We recommend supervised use at all times.
